Our warehouse squad works fast to get your gear moving. Standard orders are packed and out the door within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday). Keep in mind that during heavy drop seasons and major holidays, processing can take up to 72 hours to ensure everything is sorted perfectly.

If a package is sent back to us because of a customer address mistake, a $10 restocking fee will apply. This fee directly covers the warehouse time and labor required to track down the return, re-log it into our system, and restock the items.

Can I change or edit my order?
We work quickly to pack and ship your orders, but we know mistakes happen! If you need to change a size, update a shipping address, or cancel your order, please email us ASAP at info@troublemakersupply.com.
We allow order changes or cancellations up to 48 hours after your order is submitted, provided your package has not already left our facility. If you contact us right away, we can almost always fix it for you! If your order has already shipped out, you can easily request a standard return or a size exchange as soon as the package lands at your door.

We offer optional $1.99 package protection at checkout to keep your delivery completely covered while it is on the road. If your gear goes missing and you purchased protection, please reach out to us immediately at info@troublemakersupply.com. Because you are protected, we will fast-track a replacement or store credit within 48 hours! If you opted out of coverage at checkout, we cannot guarantee a replacement or a refund, but please hit us up at our email anyway so we can see how to help.

What do I do if my items arrive damaged?
We are incredibly sorry if your gear didn't arrive pristine! If you added our $1.99 package protection to your cart, simply email us right away at info@troublemakersupply.com. We will swiftly process your replacement or store credit. If you skipped coverage at checkout, email our squad immediately with a clear photo of the damage. Because our drops sell out fast and inventory is limited, we can't guarantee a 1:1 replacement, but we will do everything we can to make it right for you.

Customers are responsible for covering their own trackable return shipping label costs.
